I can’t even tell you how awful it feels to want to be friends with a guy, and really enjoy him being in your life, only to have him completely cut you off when you turn him down romantically. You realize that he was never interested in you, and he was just feigning interest in hopes of hooking up with you. It fucking sucks. And, in my opinion, far worse than “friendzoning” a guy because you are honest from the jump about your intentions.
It is funny how you do not miss affection until it is given, but once it is, it can never be enough; you would drown in it if possible.
